Payment Terms
Products are paid using bank transfer within 3 days after ordering.
If payment is not received timely, the order will be cancelled.
Return and Exchange Policies
All products are sold as used, and there is no formal warranty, return or exchange policy. It is however ensured by Steffen, that products are 100% functional when they are picked up. Buyers are welcome to try before they buy.
Shipping
By default products are not shipped, but they can be picked up in Odense or Fredericia (Denmark). The pickup is arranged with Steffen over email or phone, when payment has been transferred.
You are welcome to arrange pickup with a third party freight company (DHL, GLS etc.). We will be helpful when the pickup takes place.
Ordering Process
First complete the order in the webshop. We will then send you a notice with bank account information, and expect your payment. When the payment is received, you can arrange a pickup with Steffen using either email or phone.
